Tom Sherman and his team are fantastic. It started with a general conversation with Tom at the recommendation of our agent just to get his view of the current market. We looked at a house on Jan 3 and wanted to make an offer. There were two other offers and we told our agent we weren’t going to get into a bidding war. He suggested offering a two-week close. He checked with Tom to see if he and his team could do that and Tom’s response was, “No problem”. We closed on Jan 20!

The process was smooth and efficient. They asked for only what they absolutely needed. The rest of the team – Will, Shellie and Kami were completely on top of everything. All the interactions were spot on, all my questions answered swiftly.
