Brad Hacker & his team are incredible! I handled almost everything remotely since I was relocating from Florida to Kentucky, aside from closing day, and they made the entire process as seamless as possible. There were a couple of small hiccups along the way (as there always are with a move), but overall everything went smoothly.

Their attention to detail truly stands out. I still receive periodic check-in calls and a monthly newsletter, which I really appreciate. They even put your name on a parking spot on closing day — such a thoughtful touch! It genuinely felt like VIP service from start to finish. I highly recommend them!
