As a first time home buyer I had many questions. I had done a fair amount of research and have family members that are realtors so I knew the basics. Roger and Melanie were hands down the best people I could have ever asked to work with. They answered any and all questions I had and they answered them honestly and diligently. I was trying to get the best interest rate possible and they gave me great advice as to when I should lock in my rate. They were very friendly and very easy to work with. Their customer service was second to none, answering all my questions in a very fast and timely manner. I am very blessed to have had the opportunity to work with such an experienced team my first time buying a house. I would recommend their team to anyone who is interested in purchasing a house or even has questions as to go about the whole process.
